Shipping Information
While we try to get your order out right away, please allow 2 business days before your order is processed to ship. During sales, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
If things get too busy, please allow at least a week before contacting us. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped. Sometimes your tracking information may end up in your spam box.
All orders are shipped in boxes, with your item in a sealed mylar bag within a sealed foodsaver bag. Included is a letter to law enforcement notifying the contents are legal hemp, as well as the corresponding lab work for the strain(s). No invoice is included, please refer to your order email for your invoice.
All orders are shipped using USPS. We CANNOT use any other shipping service. We're not responsible for any stolen packages, lost in transit packages, or seized packages. Please use the Route Insurance option to cover any potential shipping offers.
We do NOT guarantee international orders. By ordering from us to another country, you agree to accept responsibility for customs issues or lost packages.
We reserve the right to charge a $5 reshipment fee for reshipment of returned packages.
